Service Delivery Policy

LearnAppDev provides digital services. We do not sell or ship physical products. This policy explains how and when we deliver your project.
1. How we deliver
Depending on your project, we deliver:
- test links and test builds (APK files) during development;
- your Android app, published on Google Play under your developer account;
- your website or web app, deployed on your domain and hosting;
- the source code, through a code repository or a download link; and
- admin logins, documents and a short handover call.
Nothing is sent by post or courier.
2. Delivery time
Each plan shows an estimated delivery time:
- Starter (Website): 2–3 weeks
- Growth (Android, Web app): 5–7 weeks
- Business (Android, Web app, Website): 8–12 weeks
Your proposal confirms the timeline for your project. The time starts when we receive the first payment and the content we need from you, such as your logo, text and logins.
3. Updates during the project
We share progress at every milestone on your project page, by email or on WhatsApp, so you can review the work early.
4. Delays
If we expect a delay, we tell you as early as possible with a new date. Delays caused by late content or feedback, app store reviews or third-party services move the delivery date by the same time.
5. Acceptance
After each delivery you have 7 days to review it and report problems. We fix problems that are within the agreed scope at no extra cost.
6. Support after delivery
Your plan includes free support for the number of days listed in your proposal. After that, you can choose a monthly maintenance plan.
