By downloading Festipics you agree to this agreement. Please read it carefully.
License
We give you a personal, non-commercial license to download and use Festipics on your devices.
Restrictions
You cannot sell or rent anything obtained from Festipics. You also cannot copy, duplicate or redistribute Festipics content.
Changes To Festipics
We may change, suspend or end any part of Festipics at any time. We do not have to notify you first.
Payments
Any payments you make are non-refundable. Monthly plans last 30 days. Yearly plans last 365 days.
Errors and Mistaken Payments
If you have made the payment by mistake or if we have made an error, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. Refund requests must be made within 7 days, as no refunds will be processed after this period.
Language Availability Terms
Festival Posts: Festival Posts will be provided only in Hindi.
Other Category Posts: Posts in categories other than festivals will be available in both Hindi and English.
Custom Frames
Custom frames can take up to 1-3 days after purchase. Designs cannot be changed once finalized.

I may update our Terms and Conditions from any time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
